THE PRESIDENT and CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
is Richard Irwin ("Uncle Ricky"), the founder of the "Reel Top 40 Radio Repository". In 1965 at the age of 14, Richard started his radio career in Concord, N.C. He worked in Rhode Island, Pennsylvania and California as an air talent, Program Director, Operations Manager and Chief Engineer. He was one of the first "Web Designers" for several government clients beginning in 1995, and he lives in Sacramento, California. In addition to maintaining the REELRADIO website, Richard writes web application software.

THE SECRETARY, TREASURER and CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
is Michael Burgess, better known as Mike Scott to his radio and TV audience. Mike was a DJ at WSAR (Fall River, MA) and WJAR (Providence) before joining WFEC, Harrisburg, PA. and KAFY Bakersfield, CA. as news director where he left radio for television. He's been reporting news at CBS afilliate TV-47 in Fresno, California for over twenty years.

SPECIAL ADVISOR TO THE BOARD
is Bob Shannon. Shannon's 39-year radio career has taken him from Tehran, Iran to Dallas, TX. The past Vice President/Creative for TM Century, Shannon now runs BobShannonWorks, a company that writes, produces and manages talent. Bob also wrote a weekly column (All Them Big Dogs) for online trade publication AllAccess.com. As Special Advisor and a voting member of the Board of Directors, Bob will organize efforts to develop underwriting for the REELRADIO organization.

- REELRADIO filed Form 8718, "User Fee for Exempt Organization Determination Letter Request", and Form 1023, "Application for Recognition of Exemption" with the Internal Revenue Service on October 31, 2000. On December 5, 2000, the IRS notified REELRADIO of exempt status during an Advance Ruling Period beginning on March 23, 2000, and ending December 31, 2004. Following submission of Form 8734, "Support Schedule for Advance Ruling Period", on March 21, 2005, the Internal Revenue Service notified REELRADIO that we would continue to be classified as an organization exempt from Federal income tax under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
